  • Asset Class: A-D+

  • Property Size: 50-350 units

  • Pricing: $5-200 million

  • Property Vintage: 1920’s and newer

  • Investment Structure: All cash to seller; Loan assumptions on a case-by-case basis

Investment Objectives:

  • To acquire “value add” multifamily opportunities in core “supply constrained” infill markets with recent institutional multifamily investment and development.

    • Focus on markets where InTrust has market knowledge and strategic relationships.

    • Target markets will be high barrier to entry markets with aging housing stock but strong market fundamentals with recent institutional investment.

    • Focus on markets with current structural inefficiencies, that are dominated by private, long-term ownership.
