The repositioning improves the quality of life for tenants – adding value to the surrounding area – which results in a higher value for the property. InTrust will then sell the stabilized asset to investors seeking a steady cash flow stream or depending upon the projected life of the asset hold the property in the portfolio to yield steady cash flow streams.
